Sure, but WMA are not at that stage yet. They're still building the platform. That's why any delays with regards to the WMA integration don't really mean a whole lot (on RAPs end or for the SP). And likewise nor should anything in the near term with relation to WMA do anything positive for RAP (not unless something very significant happens out of the blue). It's very much a case of if something eventuates with this deal great, if not oh well.
Also it won't matter if workers don't present with cough, as the deal will be for a fixed fee per user month (as that ties in with the Medetective platform's pricing model).
