Why aren't I surprised.
edit: It will be nice to know the extent that insurance will cover. $75m + + is considerable for such a small company. Phil Hoskins was the CFO at the time hence the claim is against him. I wonder if they will go after the previous directors who walked after the UNX sale.
And, who is outback?
They should have posted the details of the claim.
