Jaferoo the liquidators have launched this demand letter and it is a very serious matter.no professional liquidator is going to launch a claim on behalf of creditors for future work including potential future lost profits.this is not how this works.The liquidators have launched a letter of demand for very real claims that after months of forensic accounting investigation this is what they have now instigated.I will be very interested to see why they have singled out our CEO as well as the company and directors and officers of termite.This is going to not look pretty I am affraid for my kitty holding.I will be looking for a tax right off.
