Thats exactly what it is mate.Most mines particularly small ones like termite hill dont buy there one haulage equipment and no haulage company moves in that type of equipment without a contract ( usually 5 years ) My gess is because there is no new development work on mines at the moment and no new mines being developed hes been stuck with dorment machines that he cant find work for.So his best option is to lodge a claim through the liquidators the liquidators have to present the claim and hes going to see how it pans out.My experience with mines they usually have an op out clause with contractors for anything from breach of safety issues to poor delivery.Dont think they have a leg to stand on and i managed to buy more today.Think im crazy , hold that thought and tell me in twelve months.
