I know there have been many negative comments about our management team for their performance over the past few years and probably some is warranted. However, in their defence I'd say a few things. One is that their original timing with the lithium exploration was unfortunate, with the Li price having fallen off a cliff in 2017-20. I had a large holding in CXO and their SP languished around 4c for three years before coming alive big time in December last year due to renewed interest in the commodity. The second point is that the number of SOI has been contained very well in the circumstances (unlike CXO and many others). The third point is that management have been achieving progress on two fronts over the past twelve months. Will it all come to fruition for shareholders? The next twelve months should tell the story.
