    I think it needs to be convincing for other holders for that to happen because both of them plus GT don't hold controlling interest. On flip side, I doubt Somboon would want to cough up anymore cash that would go down with other shareholder. So I doubt any asset will eventuate.

    One other possibility the negotiation broke down and we resume the whole drama again.
