Thanks for clarifying - you have always been upfront so I thought you would have said something if you sold. You are a man of integrity.

On balance I think this one is being bought by LNG9 so like you, I am not selling but not buying more either.

My guess is that debt markets have ceased up and a commercial loan is out of the question. LNG9 won’t want any other form of raising which will be expensive for them after the TO or dilute the register making the TO more expensive.

For this reason it makes sense to get the TO underway and hope the acceptances come in fast - which they will because something is better than nothing. Then lend the money if it is looking good.

I think we will more likely than not see the TO.
It’s coming right down to the wire.
