to make my earlier point clear, the directors were not serious in handling the cash issue ahead of time when that had many viable options. They are not serious in getting fund this time. They were not serious in finding new take over bidder. it is a decent retirement plan what they are looking for and this is what they are getting through LNG9 as the only offer made available.
