    Maybe, but I have been hearing the same theories all the way back in 2015. Shorters, instos, the illuminati, everyone knows something we don't and they're about to profit is the implied message. Its been on a decline since 2016.

    I doubt anyone is doing anything with the share other than getting rid of it, and some opportunistic buyers trying to get in a few pip rise.
