That really is fine but a lot of investors have on the face of it not had their directors acting in their interest. How can all these loans suddenly go into default. ASX and ASIC shpuld investigate the entire group of companies and determine who did what yo whom and when. There also needs to be a change in that related party loans should require some shareholder approval. Before you had to worry about those putside the tent , these days more likely to have to worry about those indide the tent. This really will add to the move to ETF's if no-one gets behjnd fixing this.
