I disagree, I would think that most big holders purchased before the 10c capital return, and as such have a negative cost of capital.
I.e. Risk nothing with the real possibility of very attractive gains.
That's certainly when I got interested in AEJ, and I know of at least a couple of others (in the top 20) who came on at the same time.
