just a matter of time / negotiation, before we hear about landowner access and government approvals.

I think land owner access in most cases, generally speaking is really about a negotiated compensation.

We know spain is keen to see this move ahead, and the hold up was about getting the safety contracts issued etc.

Rod being in Spain to sort on both of these items, probably good positioning before this gets some wind under its sails.
