it will be once convertible notes executed into shares... the other $1.15m USD raised at $22m USD were done as convertible notes also so may have future dilution to my understanding..... unless paid back in cash but I’m assuming equity.
it’s still a nice chunk as Loyyal investment valued well north of $3m USD and this looks like it might multibah so easy buying at a sub $3m market cap AU !
