Hi Guys
Here's what I'm thinking ???

Res 1: No (Don't deserve it)
Res 2: No ( Loy does not deserve a second chance after crapping all over shareholders; and charging a fortune for it).
( Hopefully Ryobal is willing to take his place).
Res 3: ? (Declan has not done much, but always good to have a Lawyer on board especially with external Investment).
Res 4: Yes ( New guy seems clued in, so deserves a second chance).
Res 5: Yes (Remove Auditor)
Res 6: Yes (Much Cheaper)
Res 7 to Res 10 I don't fully understand! (I thought The Sophisticated Idiots Already took ownership and dumped most of it already)
can somebody Please Explain !!!

Res 11: Can we, if possible, Change the resolution to have no Cap Raises in the future, without Share holder Approval.

Just my thoughts, any comments.
