(ASX code: LIN) is pleasedto announce it has signed an exclusive option agreement with KB BauxiteGuinea SARLU (“KB”) and its sole shareholder Guinea Bauxite Pty Ltd(“GB”) to acquire the Gauoal Bauxite Project
KB and GB are related parties of Chairman, Mr Asimwe Kabunga
Why not merge all as one entity once and for all.
The Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi is in my opinion the only reason LIN is still floating.
