I don't think Lynas was/is in any danger from the stooges, regardless of the change in leadership. All political posturing and rhetoric has not and will not shut Lynas down. Yeo tried her best and did not succeed, for the very good reason that Malaysia actually realises that Lynas is one of the best things that could have happened to them. It would not surprise me at all to see Condisoil approved within a short time.
