Under most legal systems frivolous and vexatious lawsuits are usually awarded summary judgement against the accusers or in this case the ‘three stooges’ and that takes nanoseconds so economic waste and administrative costs are minimized. Also in this case it is starting to have a real economic impact on Malaysia at a time when it can least afford it coming out of Covid impact. Can the three stooges bond the cost they are imposing on the Malaysian economy for their lawsuit to continue?
