Condisoil is a Malaysia thing and it's heavily tied to palm oil production. Palm oil market has predicted 4-5% CAGR going forward per analysts I read.

Condisoil is essentially 3 parts Lynas byproducts (33% WLP: 66% NUF) and 7 parts Malaysia palm tree waste like fronds and trunks. So Condisoil is 10% WLP, 20% NUF, 70% palm trees.

The NUF and WLP in MAL will keep them busy for MANY years. I do not think Condisoil will ever be exported anywhere; all studies to date indicate local usage specifically on Malaysian soils.

Research has continued in 2021:



"Condisoil production at Mt Weld"? That will not happen unless they build yet another C&L operation at Mt Weld and that will not happen.
The WLP and NUF are generated by dissolving the ore. That C&L operation will move from MAL kilns to KAL kiln during FEED ON late 2022, if timeline holds up.

Condisoil is a clever product that diluted the WLP radioactivity by a factor of ten with NUF/trees and is only needed in Malaysia where radioactivity limits are 1/10th the international standards iirc. In Australia, they could possibly spread properly-combined byproducts WLP/NUF directly on the ground and crops. The radioactivity is very low. And there are not many waste trees around anyway. And importing Malaysian waste palm trees ain't going to happen imho.

Regardless what they do with WLP/NUF, the stuff is not going to add significantly to the bottom line; this is more a sustainability issue. A tremendous amount of this stuff will be generated over the years by global REE C&L operations.
