I am a little confused on this one, so the Indo government had not renewed the sales license for con's for over a 2 month period, they have now renewed it for 3 years and are back shipping concentrate. Sales will be down for this quarter and up largely for next quarter.
The timing of Jan/Feb sales were $16500USD now the average it is $18000USD, an extra $1500USD a tonne.
Obviously those numbers are just of my head not factual but close enough to get the point.
Correct me if I am wrong, but at a glance that is how I read it.
