The WA court decision says nothing with regard to who is likely to prevail, just wasted a lot of time

Still have not gotten a definitive on "what happens to the ownership if MCC dont pay the rest ?"

The decision does bag the wording and likely ambiguities of the contract a bit, herein lies the problem I think.

I am almost tempted to buy more.
