the other thing I thought of is how the hunter valley coal mines are slowing down so skilled labour is going to be abundantly available and an oversupply may keep labour costs down. Being close to major ports and established industries is a bonus too. Well done to them and the local towns that this will change the lives of in such a big way.
It looks like they are still doing some feasibility study too about this. Unless I read it wrong its more of a preliminary announcement and we will get more in December.
