Drumo I have to disagree....as become clear to me Jemsoft was doing contract work for XPED with JCT Nucam AI products etc.....
I follow AI as key growth area for machine learning etc and as a management consultant talking to clients regularly in this space.....as opening huge possibilities..
Jemsoft has basic AI Capability which was gap in XPED product capability set and now addressed this with appropriate due diligence via involvement of Jemsoft in contract work for other Xped work.
Media Intelligence....yeh comes with Jemsoft.....Xped just trying to retain the value it offers with Think TV deal etc......yeh was never about acquiring Media Intelligence I suspect but is business with deals / potential value.....personally Media Intelligence I would class as non core activity so would not be upset if they sold they 56% interest.
