Interesting comment she makes "Bad business partners are harder to divorce than bad husbands", as she departs Media Intelligence after XRE acquires 56% of it via Jemsoft.

Some other interesting tid bits:
- The upcoming bonus options offer - if all shareholders took advantage of the offer (and the share price increased from 2.3c to beyond 4c), the sharefloat would be diluted by 33% (as there will be 50% more shares issued than there are today). This would effectively drop the share price by the same amount, all things being equal. That being the case, it appears disingenuous for the company to claim the offer "rewards shareholders for their patience as the Company continues to develop", and reminds me of some of the pitches in the movie Boiler Room .
