A very good announcement! keeping us all informed re the progress so we can make informed decision.
Now what we have here is making me feel really excited:
1. B.Braun, Roche and other clients
2. Revenue
3. Cash 7.5m
4. Exiting product where revenue can increase substantially once the roll out starts
5. Advance negotiations for a commercial agreement. Now they are looking for something which is both medicinal and leisure.
Interesting leisure market... I know LSH mentioned in the previous announcement that they are looking for something which will be the world's first in monitoring and administration space but I have not heard anyone talking about leisure in this space either... Pretty exciting stuff...

On top of this, they have small market cap which means if the acquisition is successful they will have to do some catch up with the peers plus the value for existing business...
