This announcement read almost exactly as I anticipated: further testing required. Not surprising considering the unique mode of action and potency of the drug. Reading past the usual spin, I still think it's a positive and, if anything, highlighted how cutting edge this technology is. Looking back, the previous announcement had really spelled out that the minutes were going to about recommendations moving the company forward into clinical trials. Be great to have more details from the minutes though. Definitely not a sell signal for me.
