Only good thing about this structure is that at least this mob won't have total control over it like every other spin out they've done, so it might actually have a chance of achieving something. Would have preferred they had absolutely nothing to do with it but good luck trying to keep these guys snouts completely out of the trough. Who knows with any luck, after a while the Novonix guys and the independent chairman may even come to realise how little these guys actually bring to the table and eventually force them out (one can only hope).
