One should ask the question for whom is it 'not for profit'? The BoDs are making heaps.This is just an another example of lack of oversight in this area of the market.Not sticking to time lines or not following up on proposed actions without permission of shareholders, should elicit a 'please explain' from regulatory authorities.Now we can all vent our frustrations in these columns but we really need to fire off complaints to our MPs as well. Eventually,it may get through to them that they need to do something.
