    I reckon the upward movement will be capped at 1 cent unless Horizon make an announcement Cannon underground is starting on a specified date with contracts in place.
    1 cents is about 0.2868 of Horizon SP of 3.5 cents (0.2868 times 3.5 equals 1.0038).
