    I think you are correct.
    They should have done their due diligence BEFORE announcing to market the AIS merger, simply incompetent, now that the due diligence uncovered something they pull out after drawing investors in, typical spruiking practice. Right technology in the wrong hands, the Board and Management are answerable to shareholders. They were struggling before alll of this and now even more so.
