QProfit - it looks like the investors behind AIS have bought Gooroo, whether the merger goes ahead or not, the $1m is enough. The terms behind the notes is not entirely clear, they have not made public a full agreement, and one can only make assessments based on investment experience, boy have I seen deals like this before, and not ended well for shareholders.
