AIS deal was an aquisition (takeover). This version looks like a share placement with some big terms. ASX maybe can't do anything about stopping someone investing. Hopefully they learnt lessons from what ASX didn't approve with AIS and fixed it this time.
Who knows what the new CEO plans are, but I am glad that old board and Greg Muller are gone. Too long messing around and wasting the potential of this technology. Hopefully the new crew can make it cashflow positive.
