I'm a technology investor, who invests in people first. There is not enough information at this stage to make any positive decision.

What seems to be missing is the right questions about these new people, i.e. what are they going to do? what is their strategic view and intention? What makes them different to the outgoing team? Greg put his heart and soul into it until now, so what makes the new guy special or different?

What did people like about this deal? What didn't they like?
I don't like the way the deal was rushed through after the merger failed or was stopped by the ASX, and the net result was exactly what Finavate was after, to take over in the first place. So let's see, what happens, but it would be nice to see more track record information on the CEO and Finavate to get a better sense on what hey might do.

thank you for analysis, i think narendra got more experience in technical field as he got more than 15yrs exp. probably board must be confident about that. My personal view is, the university he is graduated back in India is top university (NIT)and only smart people with excellent academic skills can be able to study there. yeah u r rightly said let's wait and see, hopefully it will be fine.
