smaller scale". I suggest we look seriously at a safari zoo, as we already have a huge white elephant there. People who think this is all bad luck have rocks in their head. Electricity prices have escalated remarkably over the last few years, yet a key reason that was cited for not proceeding was low wholesale prices. So you mean to tell me they were high when MG inked this deal? Is this the same as not anticipating the Chinese would make lots of solar panels, and not questioning why BP would choose to get out of SOP a few years back?
