Agree, if court has already assessed on the matters they raise and no new details are put forward (that would be fundamentally different to what was considered during the very long process) assume appeals court will knock it back promptly. Seems quite frivolous.
You would assume next steps are:
1. appeals court knocks back
2. processing plant permit confirmed
3. offtakes confirmed
4. funding confirmed
5. start building!
