Yes Spid, you are right in saying that the board was deemed incompetent as demonstrated by the publicly announced serious ruling of Unacceptable Circumstances by the Australian Takeovers Panel which identified serveral serious breaches of corporate duties regarding to compliance with ASX listing rules.
