Oh nos, the creditor is not going to provide further assistance on the keep-alive finance facility. The very same creditor that's purported as the exclusive party for the sale of the only possibly, maybe viable asset. The asset that's now abandoned and may get some insurance payout (if the lawyers can actually prove the mine failure was due to the maritime incident, which I highly doubt). Why buy when you can get for not quite free but cover some debt I suppose. What's left? A mine that makes a couple million loss a year that's not yet fully settled for the 100% ownership (could be a good thing). So quiet from the chief ramper.
