You'd think this would be big news that the company would want to announce, no? If all has gone through in theory they can start to use that $4m Gekko that's sitting around and bring in some cashflow?
IMO they'll want to ratify all of the shares already issued at the meeting so that they can do a whole bunch more (up to their cap w/o approval) then do another CR to "get everything started".
You'd think this would be big news that the company would want...
