    As a layman I expect that they are owed money and have been told they will get it when PLV get the money from someone else to pay them - I imagine the alternatives should PLV not be able to obtain the $$$ from someone else are not particularity palatable to either PLV , its shareholders or Watpac but I presume Watpac has a responsibility to its own shareholders and good corporate governance probably prevents them from letting any of its customers get to far behind in their payments ?

    All supposition and IMO on my part
