re: Ann: Update on Mongolian Foreign Investme... Hi all,
anyone out there that can explain this notice from Aspire in layman terms, ie short and to the point, as I for one just read it and thought what the "F", I rang my bank today to have $20K availablke for me on Monday to invest at such good SP @ $0.19 they are a bargin but reading this artical I am not sure if it is good or bad, some good neighbourly advice would be nice.
