re: Ann: Update on Mongolian Foreign Investme... Bottom line they are putting in what amounts to a Foreign Investment Review Board process same as we and Canada have.
Its not retrospective so wont affect investment to date.
It may affect future investment which would require the mongolian parliament/government approval.
All in all I cant see a real problem for Aspire unless they want to sell to another company/country which if it's not in Mongolia's interest can't go ahead.
