re: Ann: Update on Mongolian Foreign Investme... the big question to ask at the moment is, Will AKm be worth more than $100m in a few years. if there the rail to Erdenet looks like happening i think so. So i'm locking some away for 12 months plus. If it was good enough for Noble, Gina, South Gobi etc to invest in at much higher i think at todays price your pretty safe.
re, new regulations, given what we have seen in other countries, like indonesia this is a pretty decent outcome and to be honest i think it's fair that they shoudl gave a say in who takes over their resources.
