SHFE price includes VAT of 13% I think you will find, so premium is there but not to the degree you would think.
Either way Tin demand is only going to go one way from here, and it is a hard mineral to find in economic quantities. It could have some kind of ridiculous run on the price similar to nickel back in the day.
