This is a genuine 50/50 situation but I strongly believe it will ultimately be resolved in KDR favour and all the circumstances and relevant information that the Minister will consider I believe shifts the odds somewhat towards KDR
They had to halt, they had to disclose and I think it is fair that the market opens, with the update, rather than suspension or extended halt..
No doubt in the short term this gives traders something to exploit but common sense will eventually prevail and Mt Holland will get up with KDR and SQM at the helm
