But I hope you're not saying that a manager can say whatever he wants in official videos and
statements he makes on behalf of the company to keep shareholders happy?

On 17.06.2021 European Lithium was already condemned because a manager (Müller) gave false information in an interview/video.
So you can see that it is very important what is said in such videos/interviews, as this encourages shareholders to sell or buy.
False statements are even punishable, as you can see from the conviction by the Austrian stock exchange supervisory authority FMA.
That the Australian Securities and Exchange Commission (ASX) does nothing is another matter.

That is why I advise everyone, if the project does not come to fruition and they have lost a lot of money, to look closely at what has been officially said in announcements and videos and also to question whether it is OK that money from European Lithium is being put into unknown projects in Greenland and Tony Sage is lending money to his risky and troubled explorer Cyclone Metals.
