the egm share placement has expired so unless they have another meeting, which is unlikely, they can issue up to 10% of soi in a calendar year without a shareholder vote. current soi is around 1.2 billion so they could issue up to 120mil shares. if the ads is done at 50c per normal share they could raise an approximate maximum of $60million.
