I don't think this will be the final price as this was calculated prior to the recent SP rise in AU. It should be more closely aligned to the current 5 day VWAP but the structure is TBC. We may not know until the notice of effectiveness is granted. Otherwise there may be another amendment to to F1 filing prior to listing.
