what delays could there be unless all is not ok with the sec. expect another f1a form in the near future then.... maybe who knows. but the update at the end of last year lead investors to believe there were not more issues, if there is the interest why hold off any further. this process is beginning to raise a lot of questions, while i appreciate they are limited in what they can say they possibly should have chosen their words more carefully in the nasdaq update in december. no news tonight will likely see monday close the gap and possibly more. disappointing given the strong position the sp has been in, can only hope any issues are resolved asap.
