Listing with precision is critical for us. IHL has a lot to offer and all the hard work that the guys at IHL has put forth can quickly become a downer if we list on a rainy day. As we can see by example of biotech sector..

In my opinion, I believe Joel and the BOD want to present the company with a solid foundation and strong capabilities to perform. Luckily for some if not most of us, we know IHL isn't the Trojan Horse....
