Should you want to 'champion change', I'd suggest you start by not referring to other posters as "circus freaks" - it's counter productive. Further, by suggesting that discussions that you do not accept as a "circus", your are dismissing the thoughts and opinions of other posters, which does not help either. Please, consider your own language when posting, or don't if you feel that strongly about it, your choice. Please don't take this post as personal, it's really not.
