Seen plenty of shares actually drop in SP after listing on the NASDAQ so cannot assume listing will guarantee rise in SP, although on probability I think we will see an uptick in SP once we list.

Would like to know the reason behind the perceived delays.

I think that is worrying the market a little bit.

Is it problems with institutions getting funds ready? Is it lack of interest from big funds? Is it some paperwork issue? Is it the SEC wanting further clarification on how most recent trials are going (full disclosure etc with Sleep Apnoea Trial)

I think it's most likely the latter given mention of confidential results being used to support their applications. Sounds to me like management know more than what the can legally disclose to the market which makes listing on a new exchange quite tricky.

Could see it get delayed till OSA results are openly disclosed to the market which would make sense/be fairest for all IMO
